As referred in the name of the Project ‘YEDIMAVI’, the design of the facade and interiors are originated from the sea and its seven tones of blue. The existing structure is enfolded by glass from ceiling to floor, that enable natural light to diffuse homogenously from the main areas, till the working spaces. Over this glass shell, the facade of the building designed as an semi-void organic structure with acrylic material that is inspired from the undulation of the sea which will create light fusions through interiors.
The structure is leveled in three floors; to increase accessibility, the entrance floor is dedicated for reception, lounge area, model area, sales offices and these areas. Also a VIP sales office that is isolated from other sales offices for private negotiations is designed. The mezzanine floor is organised for executive managements to provide control both within the sales office and the construction site and the show flat. Other required units such as; banking and finance, accountancy, meeting and technical rooms are located in the ground level. The reception area which is detailed to reflect the brand identity of the project ‘YEDIMAVI’, for a precise welcome and guidance. Lounge area which equipped with large screening and fine furnishings; semi-fragmented in settlement to provide privacy in integrity. Each sales office located around the model area, is divided by glass partitions, in homage to the main concept to preserve privacy of the end users. For populous families to move freely at ease in the sales office, kids play room planned. The design approach in the sales office is to express the vision of the project to the end user by encircling them with functionality, luxury, extensive panorama; with the help of smart planning, design and with the usage of high- end materials, fine finishings. It could be also stated that this space convince the end user that his modern luxury future life is guaranteed within all details.
